Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a continuously growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company who have a strong presence in the Yorkshire region. They are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their established and friendly team. Covering the Yorkshire region, the successful candidate will be working on Leisure, Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial sites, carrying out the full range of L8 compliance services, ensuring to complete onsite logbooks upon completion of work. This role would suit someone looking to join a continuously growing company who can offer scope for training and development, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and excellent salary.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Barnsley, Sheffield, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Wakefield, Barnsley, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Pontefract, Garforth, Halifax, Batley, Castleford, Chesterfield, Dewsbury.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Extensive experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer across a mixed portfolio of sites for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to show excellent understanding of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Familiar with onsite logbooks.
" Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
" Able to work to strict deadlines.
Working on Leisure, Educational, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sites carrying out various L8 compliance duties including:
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Sampling, analysing, and dosing closed systems.
" TMV sampling and failsafe testing.
" Showerhead cleans and disinfections.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
