DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as our Head of Business Growth. As the head of business growth, you will play a critical role in growing our business from overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within our organization. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving operational excellence and revenue growth year on year with an aptitude for sales growth strategies, we want to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesWork with our Marketing team to establish online events across 2 markets each week that bring in quality leads
Establish and foster the growth of a referral network that brings 25% of all sales appointments
Minimize sales acquisition costs
Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.
Achieve profitability by building a growth/business development team and developing growth strategies
Manage the Marketing CRM and ensure data is up to date
Establish frameworks to ensure same day lead inquiry responses
Sales report establishment and management to report to the CEO
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement
Ensure the company is recognised as a top choice in our field
Monitor and analyze marketing sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clients
Manage and mentor a team of operations and growth staff, providing guidance and support
Requirements
Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management/as a COO or similar role
Proven track record of successfully optimizing operational and business growth processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications
Be flexible to attend meetings held between 4:30pm-7:30pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
