Job Description
The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing position will play an integral part of the Performance Marketing team executing highly visible campaigns for several key brands across NBC Sports Next and Fandango. This position will help manage the execution, analysis, and optimization of multiple paid marketing campaigns across several ad platforms. This position will work closely with leadership to identify and manage areas of opportunity to optimize towards primary KPIs and OKRs. The ideal candidate will bring the skills necessary to apply industry best practices and incorporate data-driven strategies across all areas of paid marketing.
Job Duties
Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Thorough understanding of multiple core advertising platforms including hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms such as Google and Adobe, and ad management platforms is preferred. Candidates should stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across digital marketing tactics.
Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Optimization to develop and execute best in case paid social and search campaigns.
Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks. Ability to prioritize is essential.
Ability to launch campaigns from the ground-up, including research, competitive analysis, audience ideation and technical best-practice by ad platform.
