• Carrying out the daily financial administration (banks, purchase invoices, management of suspense accounts, etc.)
• Monitoring the invoicing and payment process.
• Support in compiling financial reports.
• Taking care of VAT/ICP returns and general ledger controls
• Process improvements regarding the Finance system
• Various activities within the financial administration
• Monitoring/following up on Account Receivables
• Preparation and coordination of audits
• Working according to the ISO 13485 quality standard
• (Pro)Active participation in Finance projects started by the Eurobio Scientific Group

Profiel

• HBO working and thinking level (MBA, SPD or equivalent) and experience with general ledger administration
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel
• Experience with SnelStart is an advantage
• You are solution-oriented and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Good command of the Dutch and English language (oral and written)
• You live in the Utrecht Science Park region, or are willing to relocate close to the office
