Are you ready to be the financial superhero for us?!
Due to growth and sector expansion, we are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Warsaw office. You will be joining a dynamic and diverse team in a fantastic modern office in a convenient location!
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a ledger of key customers maintaining high value accounts
Chasing debt by telephone and email
Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular customer contact
Providing advice to cash receipting team on payments in accordance with customer remittances
Liaising with the sales and invoicing teams to resolve outstanding queries
Checking and tracking customer’s credit ratings and responding accordingly
Opening new accounts
Targeting progressive improvements – debtor days and overdue receivables
Maintain relationship with Shared Service Centre
Prepare reports on debt management and present these in weekly debtors meeting to senior finance & operations managers. To be considered you need:
2 years previous experience within a Credit Control function
Professional manner & confidence to communicate with senior people with the organisation
Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
Ability to work well within a team
Previous knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Navision desirable
