Team – Customer Communications
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth or London Office. Full time hours per week. This is a 12 month Contract position.

The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of content and design changes to our suite of plan and policy communications and documentation. These touchpoints are foundational to our members’ experience, providing them with the key information, guidance and support they need to engage with their products.
Working closely with your manager and other members of the Customer Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating a range of system-generated and manual communications and documents. This will involve liaising with a broad variety of stakeholders from across the business, ensuring that changes to our products and services are accurately captured and reflected in our communications. This role works across our product range and manages the process from initial briefing through to testing of the final outputs from our development teams.
This role will suit you if you enjoy getting into the detail. Your day-to-day will focus on interpreting changes to products and services and figuring out how this applies across our communications.  Integral to the role, is ensuring our communications deliver a seamless customer experience. This means that they’re relevant, simple and easy to understand.  
Key Actions

Support the delivery of technical changes in our suite of communications across products and a range of channels (email, post, digital inbox, SMS)
Liaise with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and obtain sign off to comms changes – business areas include R&D, Compliance, Underwriting, Member Care, Member Servicing, Retention, Finance, Enterprise and IT Development Teams.
Adhere to our compliance approval process to ensure communications are approved by all relevant stakeholders and meet all regulatory and legal requirements.
Work closely with the IT Communications Development Team, attending refinement sessions to brief them on changes required to communications, then reviewing and signing off test output of the communications prior to go live, followed by production proving activities to sign off the changes in production.
Manage your own communication assets to set use by dates, including review, updates, extensions or made obsolete as appropriate.
Supporting other areas of the business with one off communications e.g. Member Care, Retention
Support the Marketing Manager to create impact assessments and input into delivery plans to support projects. Manage the delivery of changes to your own communications assets, reporting on progress against the plan and following up on activities where appropriate. Attend project meetings as required.
Support the resolution and investigation into problems identified during analysis, development, testing and post-production of customer communications, using your own knowledge to solve problems and suggest solutions.
Liaise with external design, print and fulfilment providers as and when required Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
