Functie omschrijving
Every day is unique. However, a day in our office would typically include the following:
- Writing engaging content to feed our internal communication channels, which include newsletter, our intranet, emails, and IGtv (our Powerpoint-based internal TV) among others.
- Writing catchy stories about successes, learning opportunities, updates or the office life of "the team.
- Managing and setting up the intranet in a modern way.
- Helping set up internal events.
- Being the go-to internal communication advisor for all teams and stakeholders, giving tips on communication strategies, keeping messages consistent, and sharing effective communication techniques.
- Monitoring communication statistics and analytics to evaluate communications strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communication and employee engagement, and incorporating these insights to continuously improve our approach.
Functie-eisen
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications or a related field.
- You have at least two years of experience in a similar position and are familiar with internal communication tools.
- You speak, think and write native English. This is a must because of the international nature of this job!
- Dutch is an advantage.
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible manner.
- You are detail-oriented, have strong project management skills and know how to prioritize your tasks.
- You have a passion for writing stories.
- You can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
