Key Responsibilities:
* Drive high-level Customer Experience: Delivering and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Team Development: Help develop and motivate the existing sales team to meet and attempt to exceed targets.
* Sales Growth: Contribute to boosting volumes of new and used vehicle sales, enhancing profitability, and increasing finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
* Budget Management: Review budgets and assist in cost control measures.
* Sales Process Optimisation: Aid in managing the sales process to maximize efficiencies.
* Site Management: Assist in controlling the display and overall site appearance to attract customers.
Skills Needed:
* Some previous sales or management experience is preferred, ideally within an automotive organisation.
* You should have a well-organised, strategic, and inspiring approach with a proven ability to drive performance.
What’s On Offer:
* Competitive Salary: Excellent basic salary and bonus scheme with on-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
