Responsibilities:

* Responsible for keeping budgetary information up to date and providing accurate and timely reporting as required.

* Work closely with all teams on site to provide support with any Business Continuity plans or actions.

* Raise Site Services Purchase Orders for goods and services, process invoices for payment, and receipt goods.

* Keep an up to date and accurate record of all of the building assets on SAP

* Manage supplies of business service consumables to individuals, teams and service provider

* Provide front-of-house reception services ensuring that security for the buildings is maintained and site induction processes are completed.

* Receive/process all external calls

* Arrange on-site events, room booking, room layouts, on-site catering.

Experience:

* Experience in a similar role

* IT skills covering all Desktop software, Microsoft Project packages including being an advanced user of Excel
