The Role
You will be responsible for running a caseload between 60-80 files across FH/LH, Sales and Purchase, Flats, New Build and Shared Ownership. You must be able to perform title checks and raise enquires. The importance of client care can not be understated, the journey of the client is taken very seriously and it is of the up most importance for your client to enjoy a smooth transaction during a busy and stressful time. Fantastic and more importantly achievable bonuses are on offer: Monthly; Quarterly and Annual.
Your Experience
Minimum 3 years fee earning experience
Be able to work on complex residential files (New Build and Shared Ownership)
Strong team player but must be self-motivated
Support junior fee earners if necessary
