I am looking for a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie for an exciting new opening restaurant in Fulham.
The successful Chef de Partie will work alongside the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef to make sure that everything is set up for the opening in June.
The restaurant is casual dining, serving Italian dishes with a touch of Arabic flavours.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is a team player, hardworking, and has experience with fresh ingredients.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential and experience with Arabic flavours is an advantage.
The new Chef de Partie will have:
* Experience in fine dining and the ability to work at top-quality standard
* Can cook from fresh ingredients
* Good working ethic and integrity
* Full responsibility for running the section allocated
* Not afraid to get his hands dirty when needed and leads by example

* £37440 yearly salary depending on experience
