Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector for one of our clients in Bridgwater. Our client specialises in high-quality machining in the aerospace, motorsport, defence and commercial bases.
The Role: You will be responsible for controlling product quality and ensuring that the products meet customers’ expectations. You will promote a right first-time approach to all your tasks. Our client produces high-quality precision machined parts working to tight tolerances, +/- a few microns.
* 1st off, interim and final inspection of parts
* Inspection of externally supplied materials and parts
* Complete all documentation accurately
* Conduct reject analysis for rejected parts
* Aberlink CMM programming/PC-DMIS or MCOSMOS
* Use of metrology equipment
* Complete inspection reports
* Complete RCCA/NCR reports
The Candidate:
* Experienced quality inspector in a precision manufacturing environment
* Experienced working with precision machined parts (Produced on CNC Lathes/Mills)
* Experienced in the use of measuring equipment
* Knowledge and experience of CMM
* Great attention to detail
* Problem solver
The Benefits:

* Monday to Thursday, 7 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – 1 pm
