Production Operative

Salary: up to £25KWe are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves manufacturing high-quality products to precise specifications and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Day to Day of the Role:
Assemble and manufacture parts and kits for our product ranges, adhering to works orders and quality procedures.
Conduct final inspections on goods and maintain machinery.
Operate CNC Machines to produce parts within set lead times.
Pack goods ensuring they are protected for transit.
Load and unload goods using lifting equipment, as qualified.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Participate in stock takes and other general duties as required.
Be willing to work at different sites with notice and undertake overtime when necessary.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of machining, assembly techniques, and CNC operation.
Familiarity with quality procedures and basic computer skills.
Proficient manual handling techniques and good physical fitness.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork capabilities.
Proven experience in a practical engineering role.
Relevant qualifications and licences are advantageous
