As a Sales Trainer you will focus on inspiring our Team members by teaching them both about the industry and to help attorneys see the value in a LegalMatch Account.
We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The Sales Trainer ensures that all employees have a thorough understanding of the platform and carry out their responsibilities while achieving their goals. The Sales Trainer reports directly to the Director of Membership.
This position will be in-office at our Austin, TX location.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility includes training and performing QA duties with Sales Teams
Provides ongoing training that includes updated best practices and strategy; improved messaging; prospecting methods; and ensure adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
Analyze training needs to develop and improve existing programs
Be a point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within team
Provides necessary business information for team members to close deals
Conducts in-depth needs assessments of potential clients
Overcomes technical and business objections of potential clients
Leads by setting a good example
Ongoing Quality Assurance of the Sales Team, including but not limited to monitoring calls
Requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity, 4+ years preferred
CRM Experience Required - Salesforce CRM preferred
