I'm working on a really exciting opportunity to join a well-known business within the agriculture sector with their ethos focusing on stability, fairness and efficiency.
What will a typical day look like?
You'll work alongside the Fleet Co-ordinator to ensure effective communication with all parties. Ensuring you execute the transport plan. You, will additionally to support the existing Fleet Co-ordinators in all aspects of the day to day operation of the fleet while ensuring we adhere to all aspects of fleet compliance.
Other responsibilities include:
Working with vehicle management team/ensure all MOT's and servicing is adhered to
Driver and farmer communication regarding their planned jobs for the day
Ensuring drivers are complying with regulations
Make sure 3rd party haulage remain compliant
Is this you?
You will have ideally worked in a similar role or be familiar with the agricultural/farming sector. You'll have excellent time keeping skills, have a pro-active approach to learning, development & continuous improvement. You'll also be expected to promote the business values and objectives which are:
