We are supporting a forward thinking business based in Peterborough, with recruiting for a Customer Relationship Executive on a full-time permanent basis, paying £24k-£28k (DOE) plus the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonus.
This is the first position of a brand new team that is being created, so you will be joining at a very exciting time and we are keen to har from individuals who are looking for a career with opportunities of growth available.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering inbound calls and responding to email enquiries as required
Making outbound welcome calls to ensure a smooth customer journey, expanding into inbound & outbound calls services, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
Understanding and resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution
Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved to their satisfaction
Participating in team meetings and training sessions activities to enhance skills and performance
Supporting new team members through training for their onboarding and developmentThis is a 37.5 hour working week, with hours scheduled between a 9am start and 9pm finish (flexible) Working 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am -6.30pm with an additional day off in the week. Hybrid working available.
