Week 1 -
Monday - Thursday: 6AM - 3PM
Friday: 6AM - 11AM
Week 2 -
Monday - Thursday: 3PM - 12AM
Friday: 11AM - 4PM
£11.79/hour with £45.92 shift allowance
Weekly Wage: £529.31
Annual Salary: £27,524.12

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our client located in Durham.

Over the past decade the business has quadrupled their production capacity. This is a 2 shift role rotating on a weekly basis of early and late shifts.
THE ROLE
Ensure the correct number of product is allocated to each sorting pocket to ensure they are utilised to their full potential.
Efficient and safe production methods adhered to at all times.
Ensure the floor scraper is used to maintain a clear surface inside the machine area and also below the sorting pockets.
Ensuring deviation/errors are accurately reported to your Lead operator
Ensure the sorting pockets / product is delivered efficiently to maintain a consistent flow of product PPM on machines
Helping achieve all daily targets
THE PERSON
Experience working within high volume manufacturing
Setting and operating machines
Recording and documenting quality
Any previous experience with automatic saws is beneficial
