Curo a leading Housing Association based in Bath, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager.
What you'll be doing
Are you a brilliant communicator looking for a role where you can really make a difference? Working in a vibrant, purpose-led environment, you’ll be taking the lead on internal communications in our busy Communications team. No two days are the same, but this role includes planning and delivering colleague engagement campaigns, leading on large-scale events, curation of our intranet, writing briefings, business partnering with colleagues across the business, including our Executive Team, as well as production of presentations, videos and reports, and commissioning graphic design work and photography. You’ll ensure our communications work is integrated across all our channels and aligns with our strategic narrative and tone of voice. You’ll report to the Director of Communications and will act as a line-manager to one of our Communications Officers.

More about you
You’ll be an energetic and confident Communications professional who’s bursting with ideas and understands internal communications impact and best practice. A strong people manager, you’ll also be a great copywriter, you’ll have superstar digital and video skills and a sharp eye for detail and effective presentation. Able to distill complex information, and work with a diverse range of colleagues, you’ll be a natural collaborator who can help teams to get their message across. You’ll have strong events, budget management, and project skills, and be able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
You will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting and committed environment which is fast-paced and varied.
When and where you'll be doing it
You’ll work five days a week, with at least four days spent in our offices.
