The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to work for an established, growing business in the Thornton area.
Management Accountant salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Management Accountant hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.10pm

Management Accountant Roles and responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management information
Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns of year accounts
Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts and support with year-end audit procedures
Processing bank reconciliations
Purchase Ledger functions including processing supplier payments
Credit Control activities including chasing overdue accounts where required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
Maintain and improve financial systems and procedures
Any ad-hoc tasks or projects as and when required
The ideal Management Accountant will be:
This role would suit an AAT Fully qualified / part qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
Accountant.
Strong knowledge of Financial Management principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software packages
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Confident and proactive
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and communication skills
