Are you looking to build your own team, working for a well-established and rapidly expanding Education recruitment company, based in London?

**Education Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this role**
The role:
You will be growing and building your own permanent team to help grow and support the permanent side of my clients well-established client base - within the London area.
This is a brand-new start up division for the business, with warm relationships already established with multiple clients who us my client for their temporary and contract recruitment.
Engaging with these clients and promoting the permanent offerings will be key as you gain to establish the division within the business.
Working closely with the senior directors within the business you will have great support, branding and budget to build a team around you.
With an established and fun office, out client promotes a real team environment with lots of fun and regular rewards and incentives along the way!
The working hours will reflect the school term times:
Term time: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30/5/5:30pm
School Holidays - 9:00am - 3:30pm
The Person:
A commercial flair, appetite for building something new and an education recruitment background is what we are looking for!
You may already manage a team or could be a proven Education recruiter that is looking for the opportunity to grow and manage your own team!
Well organised, a great motivator, with the ability to communicate at all levels, you will have the drive to succeed and will be looking for a motivational and supportive working environment.
Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £53,000 - £73,000 depending on experience plus bonus, incentives and company benefits.
28 days annual leave, which will increase with length of service plus an extra day off for your birthday, plus a private health care plan and regular company events.
