About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Positive Behaviour Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading and implementing positive behaviour strategies across multiple regions, including the East Midlands, West Midlands, and South West. The successful candidate will work closely with our staff, clients, and stakeholders to foster an environment that promotes positive behavioural support and enhances overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Develop, implement, and oversee positive behaviour support strategies across designated regions.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of behaviour support practitioners and specialists.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans and interventions.

Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs for staff on positive behaviour support techniques and best practices.
Mentor and coach staff to ensure consistent application of behaviour support strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop person-centred behaviour support plans.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss behaviour support plans and gather feedback.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all behaviour support plans comply with relevant legislation, policies, and ethical standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of practice.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyse data on behavioural incidents and outcomes to inform practice.
Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of behaviour support interventions to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
Professional certification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within educational, healthcare, or social care settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the designated regions.
