RMC is hiring for a System Administrator who will provide System Administrator support to an RDT&E environment. The selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installations with a primary focus on maintaining the DoD security posture on the assigned devices. The selected applicant will:
Support virtual and physical workstation and server patching.
Provide ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support.
Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards to include NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards and project reporting requirements.
Perform PKI maintenance for DoD systems.
Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree and three to ten (3-10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required. OR Six (6) years of additional related work experience or an Associate’s Degree and four (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments.
