Audit Manager

NXTGEN are partnering with an impressive regional firm in search of a new Audit Manager to join the team who is looking to make significant impact! As Audit Manager you will be instrumental to help drive forwards the Audit team, within a firm that has ambitious growth plans. If you have experience in audit, a passion to support & develop the next generation of talent, a talent for team leadership, and are able to build client relationships, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

As an Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the firm's audit practice. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will:

Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Drive team strategy and contribute to the firm's broader objectives within Audit.
Oversee and manage complex audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Ensure high-quality audit work that meets regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's audit portfolio.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional client service, maintain the firms excellent reputation. What you'll need:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Significant experience in audit, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex audit projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
A strategic mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
