Production Utility

This role contributes to Heartland Harvest, Inc’s success by performing a primary role of blending, but assigned activities in a variety of environments for each of the operations in the facility as needed, while following all HACCP procedures, ensuring quality measures are met. 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 1.       Responsible to have a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the Utility position.
 2.       Compliance required with safety procedures and programs
 3.       Detailed and In-depth cleaning and sanitation of each operations area from debris, materials, and pests.
 4.       Assists and fills in for production staff in all areas as needed by management including batching, packing, warehouse and other departments.
 5.       Responsible for the food safety of the facility and following Good Manufacturing Practices protocols
6.       Other responsibilities as assigned by Heartland Harvest management.
Requirements
·       Must be able to learn and have an understanding of the extrusion process
·       Ability to do repetitive tasks, detail oriented, understanding of the food industry and safety standards
·       Basic Math Skills Required
·       Exceptional, grammar, writing, and documentation skills required. 
·       Teamwork and communication skills required
·       Sense of urgency is a must
