As an MGA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you can expect: 
Personal Tablet for Electronic Charting 
No Minimal Weekly Caseload/Visits, 1:1 Caseload

Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel. 
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care. 
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively. 
Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
