Summary (2 vacancies exist):
Location: GVSD Administration Building, 100 Lindenwood Dr Malvern, PA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday/Friday; 30 paid hours/week.
This is a 12-month position (shorter weeks in summers - 18 hours/week)
The hourly pay rate is $20.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a confidential manner.
Resolve routine problems by adhering to district policies and procedures.
Data entry
Order supplies, sort mail, scan confidential documents for online files, manage emails and phone calls, and prepare correspondence, etc.
Operate any equipment necessary for producing school related materials.
Performs all other duties as assigned by GVSD administration team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates or Bachelors Degree - Preferred
Experience working in database systems, Word and Excel
Minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine clerical functions in an office setting
Credentialing Requirements:
(Clearances within 12 months)
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
TB Screening (current within 3 months)
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
