Remote Agency Recruiter

Talent Masters is seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy Remote RPO Recruiters with a strong background in finance or agency recruiting to help us with some new contracts. This is a 100% remote position with the potential to earn up to $8K per month or more (depending on your ability to hustle!).
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and present top-quality candidates for our clients' positions.
Utilize social media and cold-calling techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Manatal or similar).
Requirements:
Proven experience in finance or agency recruiting.
Strong track record of meeting hiring goals and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and able to navigate various online platforms.
High energy, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to fill roles quickly.
Preference given to candidates located in major metropolitan areas (Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York City, etc.) and those from underrepresented groups, individuals with disabilities, or those facing challenges in the current job market.
