Our client is a company that connects people creatively; building and designing brand experiences with exhibition, POS, interior design, manufacture, and logistics.

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving the growth of the business. You will report directly to the Senior Leadership team.

Responsibilities 
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
Monitor and adjust sales processes
Generate sales forecasts and activity reports
Set and manage performance goals for consultants
Analyze market trends
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
Coordinate sales activities with other functions
Manage departmental expenses
Provide sales reports and identify growth opportunities
Define key performance indicators
Stay updated on technology for sales enhancement
Supervise daily sales operations
Conduct regular team meetings
Oversee HR functions Requirements 
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the exhibition industry.
A commercial mindset.
The ability to read and analyse ‘numbers’ to spot potential problems as well as spot opportunities and push for growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and general CRM software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills. Benefits
