Are you an ambitious and driven Safety and Compliance Manager searching for the next stage in your Asset Management career in the social housing sector? Look no further! Greenacre are working alongside a Birmingham-based housing association who are actively seeking a dedicated Asset Compliance Manager to join their Assets and Compliance Team within Technical Services. This role is your chance to showcase your Compliance and Safety skills and contribute significantly to the management of their housing stock in areas including the full range of compliance, safety and asset improvements.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver an exemplary property management service

* Be responsible for overseeing the full range of asset compliance as it relates to services from fire safety, building safety, gas, electric and legionella testing and audit to contract and repairs works

* Play a key role in bespoke projects including implementation of a new IT system for the Assets and Compliance Team and developing the association’s response to key legislative changes affecting building and safety compliance.

The right candidate will have:

* 5 years’ experience within housing asset management with detailed knowledge around fire and building safety requirements

* The ability to analyse complex data and trends inform service delivery

* Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including advanced Excel, Project, and CRM, is expected, along with strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal and external clients

* A nationally recognised fire qualification such as Fire Safety Management Diploma or similar. Hold a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or similar qualification. Have or be working towards a nationally recognised qualification in audit and compliance
