My client are maintainers and installers for fire and security systems. They are accredited to SSAIB standard, have a passion for the industry and are committed to giving a 5Star service to our customers. Providers of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and extinguishers for commercial and residential contracts.
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled fire and security install engineer with a good eye for detail, a fault finder and fixer, someone who cares about what they are doing and looks for solutions. Good time management and someone that can work on their own initiative, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will be a competent all-rounder as this is a varied role, providing servicing, Installs and maintenance for intruder and fire alarms, CCTV and Access Control. We are based in Enfield and most of our contracts are local to North London, but we do cover all of London. The role is Mon-Fri, 40hrs week, no callouts unless the engineer wants to do them.
Must do Installs and be familiar with various systems.
Minimum starting salary: £38,000
Person Specification
Requirements:
• Full clean driving licence
• 4+ years-experience as a Fire and security Install engineer
• Knowledge of Texecom, Pyronix and Honeywell desirable
• Enthusiasm for all aspects of Fire and Security
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Customers and the team.
• Experience of working both individually and in a small team
