Project Manager
* Salary – Up to £45,000
* Location – Co. Durham
* Monday – Friday
* On-Call Rota – every other week sharing with another engineer
* Car or car allowance, your choice
An experienced Project Manager is required to join one of the UKs fastest growing security installation companies, specialising in Data, Fire and Security.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering successful projects within a commercial and industrial background and an understanding of Fire and Security systems.
Requirements:
* Experience in project management or a related field
* Strong understanding of fire, data, and security system solutions
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Valid driver's licence – frequent travel and overnight stays is required for this role
Key responsibilities
* Travel across the UK and overseas to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and participate in project meetings
* Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
* Coordinate with internal colleagues, including sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
