Salary: £23,000 to £24,000 per annum
Location: Watton 
Working days: Monday - Friday 
Hours: 39 hours 

Our client is looking for a new member to join their dynamic team as a Sales Office Administrator and play a vital role in the smooth functioning of their Sales and Order Processing Departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Input orders with meticulous attention to detail
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Meet deadlines consistently with a strong work ethic
Handle customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Maintain and update the CRM database 
Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries promptly
Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
Generate and follow up on proforma invoices
Organise and maintain sales order and quotation filing systems
Assist in setting up new customer accounts
Run weekly reports and update the database accordingly
Prepare standard product quotations as needed
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all transactions Skills and Qualifications:
Organised, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a team environment and handle pressure effectively
Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
