Electrical Project Manager

The Client
We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a successful specialist M&E contractor who are a leading force in the data centre sector. The Role and its Responsibilities
As a proficient Project Manager you will be required to fulfill the following:
* Management of electrical projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
* Management of sub-contractors
* Cost scheduling
* Engineering programming
* Competent management of large teams
* Report production and maintenance
* Health and Safety compliance
* Commercial awareness
* Meeting planning and leading
The Individual
We are looking for a built environment Project Manager who has excellent communication skills and who can represent the company favourably. You should have experience at running high value projects effectively, keeping within budget and time frames whilst maintaining a high standard of works.
You should be happy to travel to site as and when required
Skills and Qualifications
* HNC or equivalent ideally
* Electrical bias
* Building Services experience
* IT literate
* Excellent communication and management skills
Salary and Package
The company is offering a favourable salary of up to £65K for the Project Manager role plus pension, healthcare and car/allowance
