Job Purpose: As an IT Procurement Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Digital Procurement team, supporting the County Council's digital requirements. You'll lead strategic IT supplier management initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that align with organisational priorities. Additionally, you'll serve as a key liaison for senior managers and commissioners, facilitating IT sourcing and supplier management activities to achieve key milestones.

Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in public sector procurement is advantageous.

* Professional knowledge and experience in sourcing and managing IT suppliers, ideally with CIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent.

* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

* Proven ability to drive strategic approaches to IT supplier management.
