The Role:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will report to the business Directors and play a crucial role in boosting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with different teams, monitor performance metrics, develop strategic plans, and keep abreast of Amazon’s latest policies and trends.

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee all Amazon accounts, including international.
Sales Strategy: Boost sales, improve rankings, and increase traffic.
Market Research: Use Helium 10 for market and competitor analysis.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels.
Sales Forecasting: Create and monitor sales forecasts with the procurement team.
Pricing: Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
Content Optimization: Enhance product listings for better visibility and conversion.
Advertising: Work with PPC manager to improve ad campaigns.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales and traffic data to inform decisions.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies.
Team Supervision: Manage and develop Sales Assistants.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Several years of experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce.
Strong understanding of Amazon's platform and best practices.
Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium, and other tools.
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Results-driven, focused on achieving sales and profitability goals.
