Charge Nurse

Exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse to join our client's friendly Oncology team in an award winning private hospital in Northwood. This Sister / Charge Nurse role comes with a salary up to £49,000 and excellent benefits. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week working flexible shift patterns.

Responsible for day to day management of the Oncology Ward and its staff.
Provide clinical leadership and efficient management of the ward and clinical excellence in all aspects of care.
Lead and support the team to meet all aspects of clinical governance.To apply for this Charge Nurse role, you will need valid NMC registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development. You will also require the following:
Evidence of relevant professional development both clinically and managerially.
Up to date knowledge in this area of nursing.
