Job Description
An incredible opportunity has risen for a Senior Lettings Manager / Exec, to join our Sales, Letting, Commercial & Property Management Agency.
We are a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record at a senior level, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry and having entrepreneurial flair.
Reporting will be directly to Senior Director & Managing Director.

Basic Salary
Pooled Commission with Bonus Income on Turnover & Profit Share
Car Allowance
Private medical insurance
Full-time, Permanent
Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm
Saturday 9.45am – 4pm
5 day working week with rota system: Every other Saturday off.
Salary: From £35,000.00 per year / OTE £65/£70,000

Responsibilities will include:
• Generating and conducting market appraisals.
• Winning instructions & closing deals.
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll etc.
• Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis.
• Ensuring office targets & KPI’s are being met and exceeded.
• Reviewing outgoings & budget cost analysis.
• Monitoring and promoting online staff reviews.
• Harnessing innovation and new business service provisions.
• Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.
• Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Skills for the role includes:
• Experience of increasing market share.
• Must be strong market share winner.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Desire and success in winning new business.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills and a regular social media user.
• Full UK Driving License required.
• Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
• Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated.
• Strong at timekeeping and time management
