Position: Victim Liaison Officer
Location: London
Salary Range: £22.92 - £25.29 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with victims of serious violent and sexual crimes, providing support and guidance throughout the criminal justice process.
Act as a liaison between victims and relevant agencies to ensure effective communication and understanding.
Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored support plans to address the unique needs of each victim.
Provide information on legal processes, court proceedings, and available support services to empower victims.
Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and/or experience in victim support or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to supporting victims through challenging circumstances.
Knowledge of the criminal justice system and procedures.
