Location Dumfries (Hybrid)
Salary 28-40k + commission (depending on experience)
Working hours: Mon-Fri (40hour contract)

Role Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts to promote our recruitment services. While previous experience in the recruitment industry is not essential, experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s recruitment solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
* Identify client needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales role is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
* Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
