Our client is looking for an Intermediate Coach to complete their team. You'll be working and learning from a Dynamic and Respected team of Experts.

Our client

Our client has been in business in the Clapham area for 8 years now and have created a strong, dynamic and motivating fitness community. They currently have 250 members ranging from 20-30- and 50-70-year-olds. All of the members are there to build strength, both physically and mentally, and improve their lives. My clients community is STRONG!

Requirements

A genuine love for functional fitness and specifically strength training.
The motivation to train themselves (regularly) and a commitment to their own fitness achievements.
An obsession for competitions such as Hyrox, Turf Games and Battle Cancer, but new to the scene.
A confidence to stand in front of clients and deliver quality coaching.
The will to develop their own 'voice' and 'coaching style'.
The ability to apply empathy and have an interest in other people's progress.
A love for people and a charisma to ensure they love you back.

What you can expect.

Immediate coaching responsibilities.
Weekly mentoring hours dedicated to your growth.
Inclusion in all business meetings and involvement in how the business and brand grows.
A guaranteed pathway to grow with the business, including timelines, clear and realistic appraisal objectives and support.
A free membership for yourself and a partner/friend.
£250 budget for coaching courses annually.
Paid entry to up to 3 competitions each year (Turf, Hyrox, Battle Cancer and more).

Full-time salary plus continued personal development leading to eventual MANAGEMENT position.
