ATK Solutions have an excellent contract opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.
Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver a large condition survey programme.
Key job requirements include:
Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys and EPC surveys investigating building defects
Liaising with clients and producing a high volume of surveys.
Inputting data on site We are seeking surveyors with excellent personal and communication skills and motivated to survey a high volume of surveys at the quality required.
You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / EPC surveyor to be successful with your application.
Long term contract over 12 months, per survey rate, flexible working and outside IR35.
