Valid driver’s licence and access to vehicle, business insurance required

Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)

Understanding of the causes of homelessness and social exclusion and approaches which seek to address these

Ability to undertake Needs Assessment and Planning for people with complex social needs which includes taking a lead on multi agency working and partnerships

Progress and track referrals made into the service and outcomes for service users moving on from service
