My client is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

This is an excelllent opportunity for someone looking to progress there career within HR, and where additional training to CIPD level will be offererd if rqeuired.

Working as member of the HR department, you will support all the HR Advisors/HRBP's within the business on a daily basis. This is a busy/varied role, and the successful candidate will have a flexible can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team and the main duties will be:

Support the review and roll out of policies/procedures within the business.
Processing onboarding checks for new starters
Responding to general HR queries
Carrying out ad hoc reporting using the HRIS
Maintaining spreadsheets of employee data, ensuring accuracy
Arranging training for employees within the business.
Supporting the business through the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessments as required.
Dealing with the induction of new employees to the business,Skills / Experience required within the role of HR Coordinator:

Ideally hold your CIPD Level 3 qualification
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing business.This is a full-time role and will involve working a 37 hour working week Monday to Friday onsite.

The working hours are within the role are (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday and (Apply online only) on Fridays, although some flexibility can be offered with regards start/finish times.
