HR Employment Law Advisor
£35,000-£40,000, Harrogate, hybrid working, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, training and development with study support, free legal work, health cash plan, perkbox and well being benefits, death in service, EAP, rewards and discounts, plus social events and more.

We are currently recruiting an HR Employment Law Advisor to join this well established law firm. With offices based in Harrogate and Leeds you will have the opportunity to work across both offices as well as from home. This is a flexible hybrid role, working with a friendly and reputable team. You have the opportunity 2 work 2 days from home, 1 in the Harrogate office and 2 in the Leeds office.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a full range of Human Resources advise to a number of clients. You will work closely with the employment law partner supporting clients with their employment relations requirements.

Responsibilities:
·Provide guidance and advice to a number of clients in accordance with
·You will support on a full range of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE and sickness absence
·You will review and tailor a bespoke legal advisory service to all clients, in line with policies and SLAs
·Your advice and support will be legally compliant
·Maintain up to date HR and Employment Law knowledge
·Take the lead on cases to resolution, providing information and documentation
·To log all advice given accurately on the internal system
·To provide training and webinars
·To constantly build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
·To support across the Leeds and Harrogate offices

Requirements:
·HR qualifications - degree, CIPD or equivalent
·Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Employment Law Advisor
·A good technical understanding of employment law and up to date legislation
·Good time management and organisational skills
·Experience in complex ER cases
You must be able to commute between Leeds and Harrogate Office

This role would suit someone who has worked as an HR Advisor, ER Advisor, ER Specialist, Employment Law Advisor or Specialist. You will have excellent knowledge and experience with complex ER cases, be a confident commincator and be able to train, guide and support clients and managers. This is a hybrid role working across the Leeds and Harrogate offices with 2 days from home.
