Crosspoint Solutions is looking for a business process consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in analysis of business processing with the goal to digitally support and possibly automate those processes. You will be analysing our client's needs on all levels to help us implement this in NetSuite ERP.
What you will be doing
You will spearhead the analysis of the customer's processes and will implement this in NetSuite ERP together with the functional and technical team. Before starting that endeavour however, you will go through an intense period of training, followed by a period where you work as a shadow of one of our senior consultants.
Crosspoint Solutions developed simple, understandable frameworks to help you with the analysis. We expect you to interview the customer to understand their business process and then document that within that framework.
This very same framework will enable the implementation of NetSuite, even by people with limited software knowledge. Obviously we will train you to get to know the software better.
Where you will be working
At Crosspoint Solutions you will be working in a hybrid way. That means that often you will work from your home, while you are expected to turn up in the office at least once a week (currently on Thursdays). When interviewing customers, you need to go to the customer site as well.
What do you already need to know
- Business process analysis: we want you to only record what the customer says and they challenge this to guarantee full understanding of the underlying intentions.
- How to talk to people to find out how they work and what the important steps are in their job
- You need to be absolutely fluent in Dutch. If you're not, we will not hire you. Don't apply!
- You need to be fluent in English, preferably also in French
- General working knowledge of typical office software
