C++ / QT Software Engineer

This role is the one for you!
5V Tech is working with an FPGA company located in Paris. They are the European leader in this field and are on a mission to develop a flagship suite of design software tools, proud to be "made in France".
They are looking for an experienced C++ Engineer with great QT skills (including QT Creator and QT Designer) to join their team and add experience and expertise to the team. Additionally, experience working with NX Core would be a huge bonus!
You will be responsible for developing high-quality software and you will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. In addition to your proficiency in these core technologies, you will be expected to succesfully collaborate with various teams across the company, therefore additional knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL and IPs, would be hugely beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Develop quality software to a high standard
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Must-have:
- Strong skills in C++ programming and QT
- Great knowledge of object-oriented design and programmation (OOD / OOP)
- Experience working with HMI and GUI
Bonus:
- Understanding of electronic design automation (EDA) tools and workflows
- Familiarity with IP-XACT, Intellectual Properties or NX Core
- Proficient in VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
