Hill & Hill are recruiting for a Senior Qauntity Surveyor/ Commercial Lead to join a leading construction company, specializing in Civil Engineering, Groundworks, RC Frame Infrastructure. They collaborate with developers and main contractors throughout the UK to deliver high-quality projects.
Role Description
In the role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you must have ideallly RC Frame or Groundwork experience. Main duties will include overseeing daily activities like managing costs, creating budgets, compiling bills of quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost management, developing cost plans, and producing cost reports.
Qualifications
* Extensive expertise and background in cost control, cost management, and cost reporting
* Skillful in creating bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost planning
* Outstanding analytical and problems-solving abilities
* Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively within a team Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
* Strong communication and negotiation proficiencies
* Adept in utilizing relevant software and tools
* Possession of relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is greatly preferred.
