Team Manager

One of Europe's largest communications companies are recruiting for a Back Office Team Manager to join their team within the Digital Mailroom.
You will possess excellent people management skills, utilising them to lead and engage a team of multiskilled operators, supporting the achievement of each individual and the overall team key performance indicators
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead a team of up to 25 operators, ensuring that all business expectations are achieved in a safe environment
· Ensure current SOPs are accurate, up to date and in line with the related KPIs
· Support continuous improvement by encouraging, generating and implementing ideas that improve performance
· Promoting career development and progression within your team through regular 1-2-1 appraisals and live training activity
What You’ll Bring to the Team
· Excellent people management skills, with experience of managing and motivating a team to achieve required targets
· Exposure to industry sectors including contact centres, outsourcing or financial services would be beneficial
· Demonstrative experience showing accountability and reliability in previous management roles
· Excellent communication, written skills, and attention to detail
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
