TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager in the social housing sector to work on Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Benefits
Basic salary negotiable
Car allowance £4,000 per annum
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 3.30pm on a Friday
Enhanced pension with up to 7.5% employer con
34 days annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
Overall responsibility for a social housing planned works scheme on kitchens and bathrooms
Site responsibility reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
Supervise and manage contractors and direct labour
Oversee quality control recording all necessary information
Health and safety responsibility including inductions, risk assessments and phase plans
Ensure the programme of works is followed and timescales are managed
Commercially aware to ensure properties are completed within budget
Liaise with tenants and the client to ensure disruptions are kept to a minimum

Knowledge/Experience:
Experience working on planned works preferably kitchens and bathrooms
External EWI experience preferred but not essential
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid essential
Full UK driving license
