This is an office based role, 5 days a week.

Hours: 08.00 - 17.30

Are you looking for a new and exciting Office Administrator contract role in the Financial Services industry? Are you available immediately or at short notice? My client a Financial Advisory Firm are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Coordinator/Team Admin Assistant to support and coordinate the office for a small team of professionals on an 12-month fixed term contract.

What you will do:

As part of the Office Management team, you will play a pivotal role in providing administration and floor support to the Sales & Trading department spanning across Europe, encompassing approximately 1500+ individuals. Serving as the primary point of contact and the go-to person, you will oversee all administrative requests and coordinate floor support activities. It's important to note that this position does not entail a desk Assistant/PA role. The proposed contingent assignment duration for this role is 12 months.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal, skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in an Office Coordinator/Manager role is essential, preferably within Financial or Professional Services.
